New EU Packaging Regulation effective August 12, 2026, and its impact on international shipping

Important information regarding international shipping and how you can purchase our products.

Due to the new EU Packaging Regulation, we unfortunately have to discontinue shipping to end consumers (B2C) in other EU countries, effective immediately.
As a small business, we find the new, strict bureaucratic requirements—and the associated high fixed costs for legal representatives in every single country of delivery—to be economically unfeasible.
However, as a private individual, you are permitted to import the goods yourself.
To ensure you can continue to access our high-quality products, we recommend using a shipping service provider that accepts your order in Germany and forwards it to your specific EU country (e.g., "AllesPost Deutschland" for Austria or Lechlog.at). Such services are available for various EU countries.

Important for our business customers: Shipments to commercial enterprises (B2B)—provided they hold a valid VAT identification number and are registered as resellers with the relevant waste management authority—are not affected by this regulation. Once the necessary documentation has been clarified, we will continue to supply you as a business customer in other EU countries just as before.
