Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sichtschutz Roth, Walter Roth, Im Öschle 21, 88662 Überlingen, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Customized orders of any kind (lettering, special orders, and similar items) are excluded from cancellation and exchange.

Consequences of revocation:
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to Sichtschutz Roth, Walter Roth, Im Öschle 21, 88662 Überlingen, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return shipping costs:
The buyer bears all return shipping costs incurred in the event of a cancellation.

Please return the goods to us, if possible, in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
Warranty
For end consumers, the warranty is based on the statutory provisions.
For specialist retailers (B2B), the limitation period is 1 year.
Scope

Prices
The prices valid on the day of purchase apply. All prices quoted include statutory VAT, which is currently 19% in Germany. Shipping costs are additional and are calculated and displayed depending on the product.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
