Shipping policy

Processing times:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) of receipt. Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high order volume.

Shipping method and delivery time:
DHL Standard Shipping. Delivery times within Germany: 1–3 days.
Delivery times to other countries may be longer.

Shipping costs:
Variable shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping restrictions:
Shipping is limited to the countries available for selection at checkout. Please contact us regarding other countries. We do not ship to EU countries due to EU waste regulations.

Tracking:
For Germany: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been registered with DHL.

Customs and import taxes:
Customs duties and/or import taxes may apply to shipments to non-EU countries. DHL handles the customs declaration process. Any applicable fees must be paid by the buyer.
